**Pets:**
Dogs are allowed upon prior notification and approval.

For stays of up to 7 nights, the fee is:
1 dog: **€20**
2 dogs: **€30**

For longer stays, the applicable fee will be charged again for each additional week or part thereof.

Dogs are not allowed on beds, sofas, or other upholstered furniture. Dog hair and significant pet-related dirt must be removed by the guest before departure. In case of exceptional additional cleaning, extra cleaning costs may be charged or deducted from the damage deposit.

**Late Check-In:**
Arrivals outside the regular check-in hours are only possible upon prior request and may incur an additional fee. Please inform us in advance.

**Winter Energy Consumption:**
Normal electricity and heating consumption is included in the rental price. For longer stays during the winter months, exceptionally high additional consumption may be charged separately based on meter readings and the actual energy price.

This applies in particular to excessive heating, keeping windows open while the heating is running, or using additional electric heating devices.

Fan heaters, electric heaters, or similar devices brought by guests may only be used with prior approval.

**Events Parties:**
Parties and events are not permitted inside the apartments. Separate areas for celebrations may be available upon prior request and must be booked separately.

**Quiet Hours:**

**Damage Deposit:**
